We aim to have all orders packed and dispatched within 72 hours of the order being placed. Weekends & public holidays excluded. We post all order via Australia Post with tracking. Once your order has been shipped, we will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged parcels that may happen.
We want all our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases at Lil Bee Co.
Candles & Melts are individually hand poured with our soy & beeswax blend, so fragrance and appearances may vary slightly. Please note that these are not faults, rather they have their own unique markings. These may include cracking, bubbles, frosting or texture and will not affect the quality of the candles & melts as this is a natural nature of soy & beeswax.
All sales are final. Friendly reminder to please double check your order upon check out.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind unless the item you receive is defective or damaged given sufficient evidence. Due to the delicate nature of our candles, our products may arrive damaged due to postage & handling if dropped during transit. If you receive a defective item, please do not hesitate to contact us with details & photos/videos of the product.

If you fail to take appropriate pictures within 24 hours of your order being delivered, we unfortunately will not be able to help with you process your claim.
There will be a fee of $6.00 to cover postage fees with minor damages.
We will notify you via email after we have fully examined the evidence. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment. This may take a few days to process depending on your bank provider.
